Biden Admin Sues Tennessee Over Law That Punishes Hookers for Knowingly Spreading HIV

Biden’s DOJ is suing Tennessee over a state law that punishes hookers for knowingly spreading HIV. They are claiming it somehow violates the Americans with Disabilities Act because there is supposedly no risk or harm from their spreading it. You can’t make something like that up in this day and age just like you can’t make up that it was the G’s and the T’s of the LGBTQ crowd that managed to make this happen. And the reason why you can’t make that last part up is because they just so happen to be the two largest groups of HIV infected people in the United States.
