There’s no criminal case in Canada’s history that has the potential to cause more DAMAGE to civil liberties than R vs. McDonald if the crown gets their way.

In January 2021 the government brought in the lockdown regulations because of “C-19” and many were criminally charged with violations of said regulations. The criminal charge was ‘common nuisance.’

Fast forward two years later not one person in Canada has had a trial for these charges, except for Cullen McDonald who had two separate trials scheduled for November 2023. For whatever reason, they chose Cullen as their test case.

Watch the video that Dave Freedom put together on Cullen’s trial. Watch HERE: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mW1xcpwG04c&t=33s.

The Crown Lucifora is determined to set an extremely dangerous precedent that would allow police to escalate bylaws into criminal charges through the guise of ‘for your safety’ or ‘the greater good’. What does this all mean? If the Crown is successful criminal charges could be applied to the climate change narrative, 15-minute cities or a new 'variant’. This is the FIRST of its kind and its pure evil. The crown’s name “Lucifora” says it all.

Whatever it is they're planning next, Cullen’s case will no doubt have an impact (good or bad, depending on the outcome).

Cullen needs our help in two ways. First, we need public awareness and support. We are asking everyone to share Cullen’s story as a first, easy step. Second, Cullen needs to secure all of his transcripts for his appeal so a fundraiser has been set up to pay for the appeals. You can donate HERE: https://fundrazr.com/02Lo10?ref=ab_6AoD5b.
