Police Arrest Man After Pulling Gun On His Girlfriend

On June 30th, 2022. Officers received a 911 call in regards to a woman who said her boyfriend had allegedly put a gun to her head and was abusing her. The couple had been drinking and she said he was being belligerent and seemed to be upset about something. The woman seem pretty dazed and still in shock. Officers then approached the house and he seemed to be standoffish with the police, he immediately got put to the ground which led to an open wound, resulting in him bleeding a lot. The man denied any allegation of him having a gun and pulling a gun on her. He seemed to be more aggravated at the officers for injuring him than the allegations at hand. Due to the Florida state statute, the video of officers searching his house has been redacted. This is the body-cam footage of the events.
