Welcome to my channel! My name is Josie and I'm 35 years. I created this channel To bring awareness to Chiari malformation, Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, chronic illnesses, and chronic pain. I am a chronic illness and chronic pain patient and advocate for patients and their families who have problems talking to their doctors about their medical care on top of helping patients get to a place where they can advocate for themselves.
