Vladimir Putin, the president of Russia, braves a subzero lake to celebrate Orthodox Epiphany.

In keeping with a Russian custom, Vladimir Putin celebrated the Epiphany by donning his bare chest and diving into frigid waters, much like millions of other Orthodox believers.
