This week’s episode of the Mark Harrington Show is guest hosted by Created Equal’s Vice President, Seth Drayer.

This Sunday the world watched the Kansas City Chiefs beat The San Francisco 49ers in an overtime win in American football. While the game was entertaining, with a record breaking 123.4 million viewers, the second best part of the Super Bowl is the advertisements, which are often the best curated ads of the year, with each ad costing a minimum of $7 million dollars.

Among these ads was an ad put forth by the Christian organization He Gets Us, titled ‘Foot Washing’. See the ad here: https://youtu.be/94BqlDQ-Ppo

While the overarching message of Jesus’ non-judgmental love for all is a good one, there is a lack of understanding about what love, specifically Jesus’ love for us, actually means.

Seth explains this, as well as points out how the ad subtly identifies pro-life activists as hateful and unloving.
