Ingredients:

100 g(1 cup) oat flakes
250 ml(1 cup) kefir or yogurt
2 medium eggs
a pinch of salt
1-2 tbsp maple syrup/ or other
2 medium carrots
2 medium apples
cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
chopped walnuts for decoration
bake 50 minutes at 180°C/360°F
Cream:
150 g cream cheese(Philadelphia)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tbsp powdered sweetener(optional)
