Philippians 2:7 New King James Version
7 but [a]made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!!
I know I say this a lot guys, but I really treasure every part of God's word, and this particular passage of scripture, despite the numerous times I've read it, means a great deal to me, because it reminds me of how important it is to surrender my pride to God, and be willing to humbly serve Him, without seeking attention or fame. Like Carrie, the person Kirsten Holmberg this morning's devotional writer mentioned, she found that only by working through cooperation, being willing to humbly admit her shortcomings, with her fellow teachers, she could she get anywhere, and that's something I believe we as Christians need a lot of right now. Humble cooperation!

I think that's why these questions from this morning's devotional were not only challenging to my heart, but really got me to thinking about what it means to show and live humility in my life. As such, I'd like to share these questions with all of you tonight, and I pray that God will speak to your heart to them as He is speaking to me through them.

What does humility mean to you?

How have you seen someone's humility benefit others?

Tonight, my friends, I feel very led of the Lord to share some things about this issue through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you, really gets you to thinking about living for God in sincere, genuine humility. Come join me in this vlog tonight my friends and learn just what it means to live and surrendered humility to Jesus! 😊

As I close this post with all of you tonight, I invite you to ask God to show you any area of your life that is being clouded in, enveloped by pride, arrogance, and yes even lust, and ask God to not only forgive you of these attitudes, but show you how to live in true surrendered humility to Him. Choose to follow Christ in humble service, and fear Him, not as a way to gain attention, riches, power, or anything physical, but to truly want to follow Him. Realize, that we can't do anything in our own strength to achieve happiness, but that when we choose to imitate the one who humbly gave Himself to set us free from sin, we will truly find our worth in Him.

UNTIL FRIDAY:

HAVE A TRULY TRANQUIL EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
