Walk In Beauty - Feather Lightwork Ep. 16

The mantra “Walk in Beauty” originates in Native American cultures, particularly the Navajo Nation, a.k.a. Diné. This mantra encapsulates a profound respect for life, embodying principles of balance, harmony, and reverence for the interconnectedness of all things. While its origins are rooted in Native American traditions, the mantra has gained broader recognition and resonance as a guiding principle for well-being and mindful living.

When we talk about a “Beauty Walk” we’re talking about our Earthwalk—the worldly experience of a soul’s path. It’s about self-respect, and showing up for ourselves in the best way we know how, even as we face the ordinary pains and challenges in life. It’s about following a path of joy, seeing the blessings in our surroundings: a river, a sky full of stars… and also recognizing the beauty and brilliance in ourselves. In this way, we bring Home with us wherever we are.
