140. Stealth, Cryptic, Chronic Infections Drive Most Diseases - Dr. Lewis

We illustrate here, that chronic infection, particularly those classified as obligate intracellular, and medically referred to as occult and cryptic, are often causal agents in many of the most common, and possibly uncommon, chronic diseases continually facing our populations.

Conclusion: Occult obligate intracellular infection is a substantial contributor to systemic inflammation and chronic disease pathologies both identified by common chronic disease classification and ill-defined. Therapy targeting these organisms reduces infectious burden, blood biomarkers for inflammation and leads to positive clinical outcomes in diseases as varied and RA, migraines, eye diseases and Alzheimer’s disease suggesting a common underlying mechanism in all these sequelae.

I love ozone but I have to drive 3 hours each way to get it.

Cindi – Is there any way that you can possibly get those root canals out? Having 4 root canals is like having lots of “dead stuff” in your mouth – “dead stuff” that is producing all sorts of “toxic stuff”…

I'm going to but it's difficult. They are 4 upper front teeth and my jaw isn't thick enough for implants. And I didn't want to do too much surgery right after the cancer. I'm working toward it though.

Cindy, cay you ask for oxygen from your medical insurance, until you figure out what the issue is, and until you get the Root Canals out! Also, do you have great Air Filtration for your work, and home, especially your bedroom!
20:09:54 From Martha : I wrote a limerick about the impact of chronic stress on the brain –

Stark Reality

Stress causes all sorts of things bad
Including making you so sad
‘Cause when it’s chronic
Your mind it gets sick
Please don’t think I’m stark raving mad!
20:11:35 From Cindi : Replying to "Also my problem coul..."

I just built a mold-free house with whole house ventilation and low toxicity. So that's good. Never thought of oxygen. I started going to hyperbaric again and I feel great that day but I'm getting die off of something and feel crappy the next.

20:17:42 From Joel B Peterson : Reacted to "ESR" with ❤️
20:17:57 From Cindi : Dr Lewis, I used your ratios a lot through my cancer journey. But it's so tricky when you've got lymphocytes and neutrophils going different directions from cancer, viruses and bacteria. Do they kind of average out and not tell you anything?
20:18:12 From keithlawrence : What’s the ideal ESR?
20:20:07 From Martha : Replying to "What’s the ideal ESR..."

Dr. Tom has said – less than 3 🙂
20:20:31 From keithlawrence : Replying to "What’s the ideal ESR..."

Thank you Martha!
20:20:59 From Cindi : Replying to "What’s the ideal ESR..."

Tom says <3 but I've always been low because I have high fibrin (thick blood) and that doesn't seem good for health. It doesn't seem good to be really low.
20:23:21 From WG : Do pathogens chnage the genome or does the body change its genome to live synergistically
20:24:14 From Cindi : c3a c4a?
20:24:46 From Electron Borrower : Reacted to "Do pathogens chnage ..." with 🤔
20:27:50 From Martha : Does the word “microbiome” also sometimes include microbes that are potentially harmful?
20:29:18 From Martha : Replying to "Do pathogens chnage ..."

What a great thought, WG! Or perhaps the relationship between “pathogens” and “genome” is “mutual” – with each “impacting” and “changing” the other…
20:30:07 From Martha : LOL!
20:31:59 From Martha : PANDAS – Pediatric Autoimmune Neuropsychiatric Disorder Associated with Streptococcal Infections
20:32:54 From Dragon3 : Unpasteurized milk is a good source of immunoglobulins
20:33:31 From WG : If you do hair analysis on these kids you'll see high toxic elements
20:37:20 From WG : So the suggestion would be to eat raw egg yolks?
20:38:00 From WG : And maybe put those eggs in raw whole milk?
20:38:59 From Dilara Esengil To Dr. Tom Lewis(privately) : How to hide the dock in macOS
Click the Apple Menu.
Click System Preferences.
Click Dock & Menu Bar.
Select the checkbox next to Automatically hide and show the Dock.
20:40:11 From WG : I think the brain also has a huge amount of Mg which is similar to Al which gets stored in the brain when not enough Mg
20:40:48 From Rob : I diagnose demodex on people’s eyes daily
20:43:08 From WG : Can you comment of PC taken with balanced lipids of omega 6: omega 3 with the 4:1 ratios?
20:43:48 From WG : Also the difference in PC and PS
20:44:23 From Alison Reece : I’ve been reading Vit B3 (niacin, not nicotinamide) is great at keeping HDL and LDL in balance. Much better than a statin.
20:45:27 From Rob : Red yeast rice
20:45:44 From Shoshanna : Reacted to "Red yeast rice" with 👍
20:45:52 From Cindi : You wouldn't give statins to an e4/e4 though, would you?
20:52:39 From keithlawrence : Are you going to cover the Brownstein protocol that you talked about in your intro?
20:55:15 From Cindi : Moldy houses, EMF, chemicals everywhere
20:56:05 From WG : Garbage goes out with NAC and GSH .....just take enough
20:57:16 From Cindi : Replying to "Garbage goes out wit..."

NAC isn't great for all genetics. GSH always good.
20:58:20 From Cindi : Replying to "I’ve been reading Vi..."

Yes people have been doing that for decades.
21:00:08 From WG : N- Acetyl-cysteine = NAC
21:00:10 From Martha : Vitamin B3 = niacin
21:02:22 From Cindi : The testing for infections is terrible. That's a big problem.
21:03:35 From Martha : In medicine, "occult" simply means that a problem was hidden, or not immediately apparent to health care providers.
21:04:22 From WG : Thanks so much Tom for all your doing ......:)
21:05:09 From Dilara Esengil To Dr. Tom Lewis(privately) : THAT WAS EPIC YOUR ENDING! SO much there and no they are not ready! But God will MAKE them ready!

21:05:20 From Martha : …off to a bad start – butterfly effect – things get worse and worse and worse over time!
21:06:43 From Sandy Nelson : Thank you, Dr. Lewis, for a very informative introduction. I’ve always loved my cholesterol somehow, but you’ve given me the perfect defense to use with my PCP.

Tom has said previously this must be done via consult with him out of respect for Dr. Brownstein.
21:08:50 From Alison Reece : Replying to "I’ve been reading Vi…"
Possibly Niacinamide rather than nicotinamide, get the two muddled up. Nictoninamide might be the original name for B3.
21:09:10 From Linda : What is GSH? Thanks.
21:09:29 From Dilara Esengil To Dr. Tom Lewis(privately) : ARCHONS! even in microscopic form!
21:09:30 From Cindi : Replying to "What is GSH? Thanks..."

glutathione
21:10:05 From Shoshanna : Thank you!!!
21:10:09 From Cindi : Is the Browenstein technique in his book on viruses?
21:10:41 From Donna Champagne OKeefe : Thank you for the thorough presentation, Dr. Lewis.

21:11:23 From Linda : Very interesting! Thank you!
21:11:36 From Alison Reece : Replying to "I’ve been reading Vi…"
But certainly you have to use niacin for cholesterol control, Niacinamide doesn’t work.
21:12:38 From Maura To Dr. Tom Lewis(privately) : Thanks for that download 🙏
21:14:06 From Tina : Thank you, great information, Dr. Lewis.
