Dem Rep Crow Immediately Calls For Gun Control After Chiefs Parade Shooting

Rep Jason Crow: “We have a crisis in our nation. There is no reason why almost 40,000 Americans a year should be dying at the hands of guns. This is a uniquely American problem. Nobody else in the world has the problem that we have right now. And my heart breaks, my thoughts and prayers go out to the families and the victims here, but listen, I’m a member of Congress, I’m a legislator. I’m not a member of the clergy and my job is not to just send thoughts and prayers. My job is to legislate and to try to solve problems, and that’s why I have been pushing hard to try to solve it. And that’s why people should be pushing their members of Congress and others to join with us to do the same.”
