1. Clean Chicken
2. Rub in Oil
3. Rub in Dry Spice Mix (Accent, Lemon Pepper, Tyme, Garlic Powder.)
4. Cook for 2 hours (15 mins per pound), set it, and forget it.
5. Rest for 10 mins before carving
