Police Arrest Man After Assaulting His Fiancée At The Airport

On August 14th, 2023. Officers were called to the airport in regards to a man who was hitting his wife on the airplane. Officers spoke to the woman and she stated that he had elbowed her in the stomach multiple times and that he had smushed her face, causing her to use her selfie stick to defend herself from him. This all happened because he didn't want to move so she could get her carry-on bag from under the seat that he was sitting on. Police interviewed the man and he said he had been tired and groggy because he had been at the airport all day, he also stated that he told her to wait a couple minutes so he could grab the bag from her, but she couldn't wait and he got aggravated leading them to start fighting on the airplane. Multiple interviews were conducted on witnesses from the plane & also the flight attendants. This is the body-cam footage of the events.
