I've been helping people with addiction recovery for years, but as life would have it, my own personal experiences shifted my understanding. In this video, I explain that shift. I believe if we all shift, we can actually move beyond our social/psychological issues, like addiction.... It's a mind-trap.

This is about more than addiction. It's about navigating life. Addiction is merely a subsection of a bigger issue.
