Delicious Hamburger Beef Potato Celery Stew

Turned out delicious! I even froze a few portions to microwave on another day. When it’s cooled to room temp, I put some in ziplock sandwich bags, I place thin, filled flat bags in the freezer, and they’re all marked with a sharpie to know what’s inside.

Pan lid was purchased separately to fit pan. Lids don’t always come with frying pans/skillets. It’s a good idea to measure and find lids for your different size pans. Helps speed up cooking time, and keeps foods moist when needed. I like lids with vent holes. Not all lids are oven safe.

If you notice pantry items are dated with a sharpie. I write dates on everything so that I can easily see what I can use first. Much easier than having to pick up every product to find, and read fine print dates.
