Today I'm going to show you how to make a blue Hawaiian cocktail at home!

Using light rum allows the blue color from the curaçao to shine through. Adding more pineapple juice results in a green-blue color. Champagne or prosecco can be added to create a sparkling Blue Hawaiian.

INGREDIENTS

1 ounce (30 ml) white rum
1 ounce (30 ml) Curacao
1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream
2 ounces (60 ml) pineapple juice

HOW TO MIX

Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice and shake, then strain into a chilled long drink glass.

Garnish with a slice of pineapple and a maraschino cherry.
