Oil spill sparks national emergency in Trinidad and Tobago

First responders and volunteers from Trinidad and Tobago on Tuesday (February 13) sought to contain an oil spill detected last week in the Caribbean country's waters. Prime Minister Keith Rowley declared a national emergency on Sunday (February 11) and discussed the mysterious nature of the vessel that ran aground near Scarborough, Tobago.
