"Open the door, or I'm gonna bust the window!" The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office in Tampa area, Florida, had an eventful night on Sunday, when deputies made two DUI arrests on the same night. One suspect refused to open the door and had his window broken by officers, while the other mocked the responding officer and claimed he was just sleeping.
