I agree with the majority of comments. That is a really outdated mindset. It excuses poor management because hard-working people will go over and above, while their colleague on the same pay does bare minimum. People with this attitude are burning out because they get taken advantage of. I'll help a client as much as I can, but happily hand them over to a colleague when necessary.

But the reality is, IT IS YOUR JOB! Unfortunately, in order to live in this world, you need money. Without money you STARVE! If this is your goal, scroll on.

I am looking for 10 people who want to work for themselves. 10 people who aren’t afraid to put in an effort to learn a new skill and make additional money.
