Russian FSB thwarts sabotage on energy facility

The Russian Federal Security Service (FSB) has prevented a terrorist attack against an energy facility in Leningrad Oblast, near St. Petersburg. The agency said a foreign citizen of Ukrainian descent has been arrested in relation to the planned attack.
