Harvesting Banana Bunch in -30C Canada - Final Results (Taste, Texture, Weight, Size, Amount)

We had to cut down the whole bunch! They ripened super fast. Final results from bananas grown & harvested in northern Canada. It was -54 Celsius🥶 (-65 Fahrenheit) last week. Gardening zone 3. Passive Solar Greenhouse almost entirely heated by the sun, designed by Dean at Arkopia.
