Overcoming Isometrics: Strength Without Movement

My Overcoming Isometric routine and my opinion on this form of training. The actual filming of my workout is at 2X speed in order not to waste time.

Wall Neck Press: 4 Sides, 6X6-8 Seconds of generating force each
One Leg Squat Press: 6X6-8 Seconds of generating force
Archer Pulls: 6X6-8 Seconds of generating force
