'It's a nonstarter': Amb. Michael Oren addresses Hamas’ ceasefire proposal

Michael Oren, former Israeli Ambassador to the United States, says it’s “deeply fraudulent” for mainstream media to blame Israel for rejecting Hamas' new ceasefire proposal. “Israel has proven that it’s willing to agree to a very limited ceasefire in return for a significant release of hostages and the release from our prisons...Palestinian prisoners who don’t have blood on their hand. I think it’s a good precedent and I think that the only way we’re going to get back to those type of hostage releases is by keeping up the military pressure on Hamas,” says Oren.
