LORD, HELP ME TO SEE MY ENEMIES AS YOU DO!!!

Luke 6:27-28 New King James Version
27 “But I say to you who hear: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, 28 bless those who curse you, and pray for those who spitefully use you.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA MY DEAR FRIENDS!!!
I have to say right now that this morning's passage of scripture really hit me right between the eyes, and it hit me in between the eyes, because this is an area that I struggle with. Not just with the whole “love my enemies” thing, but what it really means to be able to show compassion, love, and mercy to those who oppose and hurt me, while also seeking justice and maintaining my boundaries against them. I need God to remind me that even the credit people that have made Ricky and I's life a nightmare, are made in His image too, and are no less deserving of God's love and mercy in their life too. I think that's why not only this morning scripture, but also these questions from this morning's devotional just really challenged my heart today, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully and i pray that god will speak to your heart to them too.

Who is your enemy?

If you feel confident about those who oppose you, how could you submit those feelings to God?

I'd like to share some things that God has shown me throughout the years in regards to this particular topic, through this vlog I’d like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that what I share with you, will help you see not only how to love your enemies, see them as also God's image bearers, but also how you can love them while maintaining your boundaries. My prayer for all of you my friends, as I close this post with all of you tonight, is that you will think very long and hard not only about what it means to show love to an enemy, but ask God to help you see them as He does. His image bearers! I especially pray that you will be able to show God's love to those who oppose you, violated you, and have made your life a nightmare, while still maintaining the necessary boundaries, and seeking the justice that God has for you. Most of all, I pray that you will be willing to show and express God’s love, compassion, and mercy to those who hate God and Christianity, so they see the REAL Jesus in us! Be God's instrument of mercy, and ask God to help you see those who hurt you, as He does!
