So I wanted to share my experience because I didn’t believe this would work, I’ve been doing this exercise plus the hourglass one 40-50 min nonstop (I repeat the videos) and I’m 9 weeks in and look, these honestly did help me lose belly fat thanks to these exercises and I highly recommend you guys to start, I do these 6 days a week for about 40-50 min and rest on sundays, I don’t really diet because I feel like if I limit myself I will set myself up for failure (ever since I did that I have slowly began to just not eat anything with high calories). Week 1 was terrible but still got through it only doing 30 min up until week 3, week 4 I added this exercise and it burned my core like hell and then I just got used to it by then on. Please don’t give up I promise you that the process is sooo worth it.
