I needed a small protective case for my red light therapy mitt and the bits and pieces that go with it. There being no dedicated bag for it, I needed to find a suitable budget priced alternative. That was a harder search than I expected but in the end, I found this one, priced at just £8.29.

In the package you get the case itself, three internal partitions, and a rather unnecessary user guide. Build quality all seems fine for the low price and the case seems pretty well made.

The 24.5 x 18.5 x 10 cm weighs just 210g and is made from a polyester and Oxford Cloth material. It is described as being waterproof, although no IPX rating is given but I would describe it as being splashproof - you could spill water onto it and if you mopped it off in good time the contents would be OK. It has a plastic zip all around the edge which folds back fully when opened with the twin zippers. A soft grip handle runs along the top.

Inside there is some light padding to the top and bottom, enough to take the edge off any knocks it receives. Inside the bottom section is empty and holds the three velcro dividers, one short and two long, which can be repositioned to create custom sized partitions to protect the contents. The top part of the case, the lid, has an elasticated strip inside near the top with five mesh pockets along the bottom allowing small objects up to about five inches in height to be secured.

The case serves the purpose I need it for and so far after several months of use is holding up well. The zip and handles are intact and working and the internal partitioning seems pretty robust too.

For the budget price, I think it is a pretty decent buy.
