this is my most proud video yet- filming behind the scenes for ben's first day of cafe opening in sydney! this man can do it all, being both the business owner & the only pastry chef 👨‍🍳

ben has been baking from home for two years while he worked full-time as a software engineer. he quit his job last year to open a croissanterie in balmain where his vision is for home croissanterie to be a place where people can gather and share an experience. my personal favorite croissants are the maple bacon, potato seasalt, and almond (not on menu yet, but will be soon!) they also serve the best hot choc/coffee i've ever had too :~) i can't wait to see what the future brings! 💫
