In the three-plus decades that I’ve been alive, society’s technological capability has changed dramatically.

With social media platforms and video platforms like YouTube, news can travel around the world in seconds, something that wasn’t possible just 15, or 20 years ago. With the help of smartphones and search engines like Google, we now have instantaneous access to all the information that we could ever need in the palm of our hands, yet, we aren’t any smarter. In fact, despite having all the knowledge of the world at our fingertips we don’t know anything.

This begs the question, does our society rely on technology too much?

In this episode of Dad Think, Joe explores the dangers of having a society that depends on technology too much.
