The darker the hour the brighter the light. 
Philippians 4:4 “Says rejoice in the lord always! I'll say it again Rejoice!”
Philippians 4:8 “Finally brothers and sisters whatever is true whatever is noble whatever is right whatever is pure whatever is lovely whatever is admirable if anything is excellent or praiseworthy think about such things.” 
3 Sections of Philippians 2
The the first section is about humility.
The second section section is about a warning against complaining. 
The third section is a a greeting to co-laborers and their faith.
Philippians 2: 3-11“Do nothing everybody say nothing “do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather in humility value others above yourselves not looking to your own interest but each of you to the interest of others. In your relationships with one another have the same mindset as Christ Jesus who being in the very nature of God did not consider equality with God something to be used to his own advantage: rather, he made himself nothing by taking the very nature of a servant, being made in human likeness. And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself by becoming obedient to death even death on a cross! Therefore, God exalted him to the highest place and gave him the name that is above every name, that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth, and under earth and every tongue acknowledge that Jesus Christ is Lord to the glory of God the Father.
When things are good embrace humility
Lean in toward humility. 
You are replacing God with arrogance and pride.
James 4:6 “God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble”.  
We get the favor of God through humility! 
Philippians 2:14, 15 “Do everything without grumbling or arguing so that you may become blameless and pure children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation. Then you will shine among them like stars and the sky.”
When things are bad avoid the complain train. 
Lean away from complaining
Complaining or grumbling is discontentment made audible.
