Praying In The Spirit (40 Verses - Repeat begins @ 8 min 24 sec)

1 Corinthians 14:14: For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prayeth, but my understanding is unfruitful.

If you have an issue with what I have presented, take it God in prayer. Thankfully, God humbled me and led me to the truth. Praying in the Spirit edifies your soul and I was able to easily break addictions once I found the truth. If you think you don't need to pray in tongues, I want to point you to back to scripture. If you used to pray in tongues and have stopped remember Satan is liar and has worked very hard to turn people away from praying in this way.

If you think these Spiritual Gifts went away after the first century, I would like to ask you why. Do you believe some of the gifts are still around, but some went away? Do you only believe the prophecy tongues went away but that praying in unknown languages (tongues) is still around, since they are two different things? How are you singing in the Spirit if you aren’t singing in tongues (1 Corinthians 14:15)? Are your beliefs biblical or religious doctrine? I am attempting to get you to think about what you believe and reflect on where these beliefs came from.

Please be respectful. If you want to make a point against praying in tongues your comment will be deleted if it is not backed by scripture. We Christians need to learn to discuss this kind of thing using scripture and not our emotions or because someone told us different. Learn to be accountable and study the scriptures yourself.
These Gifts will not go away until Christ returns (1 Corinthians 13:8-10).
