90-year-old twin sisters reunite after spending 81 years apart. Maurilia Chavez and Andrea Lopez were split up in 1947 when they were 9-years-old after their parents died. The sisters were sent to different homes hundreds of miles apart. Lopez took a DNA test around Thanksgiving and was ecstatic to discover her sister. Lopez was living in Las Vegas and Chavez was in Denver. The pair reconnected on the phone and then planned a trip to meet up. "My little sister, I really wanted to see you, to have you with me, my beautiful little sister," Lopez said in Spanish when they reunited.

"When I see my sister, I get so happy, I don't do nothing but cry and hug her and squish her,' Lopez said. "It was like the first time I see her in my life because 81 years is too long…" The sisters wanted to spend every moment of the day and night together so they slept in Chavez's bed after Lopez arrived. Lopez fell out of the bed in the middle of the night because the bed was small which her sister found amusing. "I am more happiest person in the world because I never thought I was going to see her again and the other reason I cry like a baby, I was lonely I have a beautiful family but what I really need was my sister," Chavez said. Other family members were also reunited including a 95-year-old brother.
