Got snowed in today. I was planing on making this Romanian Cheese Pie or Placinta cu Branza. Since I couldn't make it to the store I made some substitutions.

Ingredients
500gm Flour (1.1 Lbs)
7 or 8 ounces 100 deg water
1 packet Yeast
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 ounce cream
1 egg
pinch salt

Filling
Feta
Bacon
Carmelized Onions
Parmesan
