In a longer clip Aaron Russo says that they (the cabal) will achieve this by creating a "pandemic" of fear courtesy of the mockingbird media to create so much fear that the people will demand to be vaccinated...and that's where the RFID chip will be....self-assembling nano-technology in the form of Graphene Oxide. This is why people are finding themselves as being magnetic, some are sending out bluetooth signals. Two videos I have seen where they are even picking up the bluetooth signals in graveyards!
