You Sure? Podcast - Season 2 - Episode 1 - HBD DEE! & Meet Chef Mike

We are finally back. We had some issues editing since our lives are getting hectic during the holidays and Winter season in the Chicago Land area. Happy Birthday Dee!!! (2 weeks after the fact).
If you are wondering why there is a pretzel bun burger for the episode art, keep reading... We lost footage again but not through mishandling.
For Dee's B-day, we decided to have Chef Michael Schleyer recreate Wendy's Pretzel Bun Bacon Pub Burger. The burgers came out amazing, but iPhone #2 could not handle the heat in the kitchen and almost got fried. We lost all the cooking process and Dee's Fat ass eating the end result. We promise to attempt another cooking episode and attempt to be better prepared to film it. Also, on the film date, it was a whopping -20 to -30 degrees outside. Besides our phones and audio equipment, we also needed to warm up prior to filming.
This is a great start to our Season 2. We will be having more guests and interviews with friends.
For our 1st Episode, meet one of Dee's best friends, Chef Michael Schleyer from Loews Hotels ETA Restaurant & Bar as well as Loews Streeterville Social (Chicago Roof Top Summer Dining).
If you love dogs, Chef Michael's dog Mazer crashes the episode (and moves the tripod while filming). We were a little pumped on "CRED" to have noticed. It was noticeable while editing.
