"Ms. Lowe, a software developer, relied on information from a Government of Canada Covid-19 vaccine website to make an informed decision about whether to get the Covid-19 vaccine. After experiencing an adverse event, she found that the information on the government’s website was incomplete and inaccurate. Madison stated, “when I make a decision, the unknowns, matter as much to me, as the known risks.”
