MIGOP Bylaws and Election Laws_Pick a Side_A

This video was validated by Ralph Rebandt, Parliamentarian for the MIGOP, Ralph agrees with this content.

My prior video on "what is a Quorum" contained a minor error. Quorum is a minimum of 54 of 107 state committee members. No where in the bylaws does it define or require a larger quorum number for voting.

What is VERY CLEAR in the MIGOP bylaws is the following Quorum exception:

"a quorum to transact all business of the Committee EXCEPT where the action of the Committee requires a LARGER number of members as specially set forth in these Bylaws."

The "LARGER number of members" is accomplished by NO PROXIES to meet quorum for voting purposes on matters clearly identified in these Bylaws. The J6 disruptors and dividers want to remove our Chair by ignoring the quorum requirement which does NOT allow for proxies when conducting a vote.
