I'm Papa Penguin and this is your Military Minute.

In our first story we discover the green weenie isn't just relegated to those in uniform. It can reach far and deep into civilians too.

Our second story we appear to have the Navy holding individual commanding officers accountable for systemic issues. I'm all for a good keel hauling when it's appropriate. But if big blue is so undercrewed that Sailors are skipping sleep, that's going to lead to bad things.
