I At Last Address the Tik Tok Milk Wine Challenge

I was requested to perform a Tik Tok Challenge of mixing milk with wine and tasting it. After doing some research, the mixing of milk and wine is NOT a good idea, as mixing the acidic wine with alkaline milk will cause the milk to congeal and leave some nasty textures in the mixed drink. There is a drink that exists however that combines wine with condensed milk as well as fruit juice called Espanhola (Brazilian drink).
