The FBI is still Protecting Richard Alex Hernandez

Morning log of what I hear from Richard Alex Hernandez, who hasn't showered in 3+ years operating the advanced technologies IE direct energy weapons and mind control machines 15 + hours every day and night for going 2 plus years. My last video of my mother in-law right foot was spoken in Vietnamese. Richard Alex Hernandez admitted that he was the one who is targeting her foot, this is the second time he has done this to her right foot. It went on at least 1 full week with her foot having cellulitis. We had to go to the hospital and it was diagnosed as such by a doctor.
