OBSESSED Professors Offer Taylor Swift COLLEGE Classes

Prestigious Universities - such as Harvard, Stanford, UC Berkley, NYU, and BYU - are all now offering college courses named after Miss Americana herself, Taylor Swift. Apparently this is to boost their understanding of pop culture, celebrity impact, music theory, politics, and philosophical perspectives. Of course, they can't leave out the undertones of whiteness, queer theory, feminism, and oppression.

These are the same colleges where thousands of students believe they are entitled to government loan forgiveness programs, under the impression that this will allow them to build their careers and post-college lives faster if they do not have to worry about the debt incurred while pursuing an education.

The question is - are they really getting an education? America has some of the lowest academic outcomes in the world. And while there might be an argument to be made for alleviating student loans in some way, that money has to come out of the pockets of taxpayers who are already productively contributing to society. So, what is the R.O.I. for us to pay off debt if those graduating from today's Universities aren't actually emerging from even the most respected universities with knowledge that will help them succeed, innovate and thrive in the real world?
