Kobe Bryant fans shut out of statue unveiling ceremony

A sea of purple and gold descended on downtown Los Angeles on Thursday (February 8) as Kobe Bryant fans from all across the globe came together to celebrate the statue unveiling for the former basketball great. But many were disappointed, after finding out the ceremony was invitation only and closed to the public.
