Takes a few to ruin it for everyone... myself including my entire staff are completely speechless...
This customer is going to wait a long time because I don't have time to surgically cut a transmission out of a solid block of home depot spray foam with no separation that's just leaking everywhere on my floor. If your out of state and this happens to me again, YOU are going to come handle it or it sits until I get a free day which never happens. If it isn't packed well or leaks and UPS wont deliver it... YOU are going to have to drive state to state to drop it off to me wherever it stopped and was flagged. This isn't the only one I've had 2 weeks into 2023 that's been a problem and I'm done. I'm not a delivery service or a courier and I CERTAINLY have better things to do than sit here for a few hours chipping away at an ignorant persons pack job. No exceptions and no whining, follow the instructions, it isn't hard. I'm done. Period.
3 years ago we used to handle return shipping on OUR DIME as a courtesy and because of a few that got us in trouble with UPS we killed that too. So if you don't think I'm serious... buckle up buttercup and prepare for a roadtrip.
Pro tip- INSTRUCTIONS ARE WITH EVERY UNIT ON TOP OF EVERY TRANSMISSION WE SEND AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE LID AND SAVE YOUR BOX INCASE SOMETHING FAILS. ITS NOT HARD.
