Colorado and Maine are awaiting the Supreme Court's decision as to whether or not a Secretary of State may remove Trump from the Presidential ballot based upon the 14th Amendment and Trump's alleged participation in a purported insurrection on or around January 6, 2021.

This morning, the Supreme Court is hearing Oral arguments on the issue. The Court's questions often provide insight as to what direction the Justices are leaning.
