Kids should have limited digital media time, education advocates say

Education advocates at Brain Balance Achievement Centers said the amount of digital media exposure your child has should be limited. According to BBAC, 24 percent of parents report putting their child in front of a screen to give themselves a break. They said allowing more than 2 hours of screen time per day can cause a child’s brain to shrink and lose volume, potentially causing a brain imbalance.
