Man calls 911 to admit he shot his brother in the leg

A MAN IS ACCUSED OF SHOOTING HIS BROTHER WHO WAS PICKING UP HIS PAYCHECK. CAPE CORAL POLICE SAY NOE GOMEZ CALLED 9-1-1 AND TOLD DISPATCHERS HE SHOT HIS BROTHER IN THE LEG. AND HE WOULD BE WAITING OUTSIDE FOR THE OFFICERS WITH HIS HANDS IN THE AIR . POLICE DO NOT HAVE A MOTIVE FOR THE SHOOTING. dispatchers received a call from 57-year-old Noe Gomez, who said he had shot his brother in the leg while he was picking up his paycheck at a local roofing company, and that he would be waiting outside for the officers with his hands in the air.
