Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
1/4 cup raisins
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt

Instructions:

Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, vanilla protein powder, raisins, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed.

Combine Wet Ingredients:

In a microwave-safe bowl, heat almond butter and honey (or maple syrup) for 30 seconds, or until melted. Stir in vanilla extract until smooth.

Mix Wet and Dry Ingredients:

Pour the melted almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir until everything is evenly coated and forms a thick, sticky dough.

Press Into Pan:

Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Transfer the mixture into the pan and press it down firmly and evenly using a spatula or your hands.

Chill and Set:

Place the pan in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow the bars to firm up and set.

Slice Into Bars:

Once chilled, remove the pan from the refrigerator and lift the parchment paper to remove the block of bars. Place it on a cutting board and slice into bars of your desired size.

Serve or Store:

Serve the No-Bake Oatmeal Raisin Protein Bars immediately, or store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
