The Kalamazoo City Commissioners have approved millions of dollars to fund

The commissioners awarded 500-thousand-dollars at a meeting yesterday for new vehicles and nine-point-seven-million-dollars for a contract with AXON Enterprises for equipment improvements over the next ten years. Public Safety officials say equipment being used today is at the end of its life and needs to be replaced.
