1883 Coffee Flavored Whipped Cream Frozen
The Chicago Herald Cooking School
1 quart of thick cream
1 cupful of strong black coffee
1 cupful sugar
Mix these in a tin pail or deep pan and whip with the wire egg-whisk until it is all froth. Pile up in stem glasses, freeze and serve in the same glasses.
