Why is China Funding HBCUs and Education in America? | @RRPSHOW

The Chinese government recently has decided to fund HBCUs and Black Caucus initiatives. In conjunction with doing this, the CCP is also training Black students and politicians on politics and messaging that paints the Chinese government in a positive light to the Black community. CCP has already given $17M to public schools in America through its Confucius Institute program and is looking to fund more educational institutions in America. Why?
