- Bonchon vs Kyochon: Soy garlic chicken is famous for Kyochon chicken in Korea. This chicken is known overseas as Bonchon Chicken, and the basic menu offers legs and wings.

* We reproduced the taste of this Bonchon soy garlic sauce chicken.

----------Ingredients of Bonchon Chicken Recipe ----------
- for chicken
8wings and 4 legs of chicken(500g, 1lb)
½ cup milk (120ml, 4fl oz)
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
4 cloves of garlic

- for Sauce
½ cup soy sauce (120ml, 4fl oz)
1 Tablespoon rice syrup(corn syrup or honey)
3 Tablespoon brown sugar (60ml, 2oz)
1 Tablespoon chopped garlic
1 Tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame oil
5g(0.2oz) sliced ginger

- for batter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup cornstarch
1 Tablespoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ cup water

1st Frying degree: 170'C (340'C)
2rd Frying degree: 190'C(370'F)
Cooking time: 40mins (preparing 30min + frying 10mins)
